Triple-butted aluminum is combined with Zn-Mg-Cu, heat treated, with anti-corrosive protection. Carbon seat stays are designed to improve fatigue strength and torsional stiffness. The rear dropouts and head tube, 1” 1/8 semi-integrated Compact Steering System, are made from single billets of aluminum alloy and then CNC-machined. The bottom bracket is CNC-machined, exclusively designed by Bianchi’s R & D Department. Structural Foam injection technology increases stiffness and fatigue resistance, particularly at the welds.
Clean and unfading: if you are not used to handling a custom-built machine, this mountain bike will surprise you. Available as frame only.
