The FG Lite Carbon’s initials honor Felice Gimondi, Bianchi’s distinguished champion of the ’60s and ’70s. You’ll be honored to ride a bike straight from today’s pro peloton and the Liquigas/Bianchi team. The frame is an intelligent combination of an aluminum alloy main triangle (strengthened with zinc and magnesium) and carbon fiber stays. The whisper-light ride gives you rocket power on climbs and confidence-boosting security everywhere else (including the passing lane and the finish line). The 2007 FG Lite features a larger-diameter seat tube for greater stability and is available with Campagnolo Record components. It just goes to show that with the Reparto Corse, legends are forever, but our racing bikes move closer to perfection every season.
