XL TITANIUM Generation XL Super Light double-butted certified 3Al/2.5V alloy titanium frame. Precision external machining of double-butted main triangle with 0.8 - 0.5 - 0.8 mm tube wall dimensions. Rear seat stays are 0.8 - 0.5 mm variable section, and chain stays are 0.8 mm constant thickness. Skilled TIG welding by Bianchi master welders eliminates need for post-welding heat treatments. MegaTube Evolution downtube design and Zero Flex Stay rear triangle for high performance responsiveness and rigidity under all conditions. New 1-1/8" oversized headtube for 2003 Internally butted and externally machined for an all-up weight of 16.1 lbs in 55 cm frame size. Polished and clear-coated.
