The Androni-Venezuela Team is off  to a great start the new season, winning the prestigious race (Team Classification) , Tour de San Luis  in Argentina.

Team standings and Grand Prix with Miguel Angel Rubiano Mountain winning KOM.

"Once again - said Team Manager Gianni Savio after the race - showed the team spirit of a united and compact in all its components. We lost Roberto Ferrari, who was forced to retire because of stomach problems, but we soon put in place the necessary determination to overcome adversity.

We are proud of the results obtained in the presence of champions like Alberto Contador, winner of two stages, Levi Leipheimer who is imposed in the General and Tom Boonen victorious in last lap. For us and it was really an honor to get on the top step of the podium next to large formations such as World Tour Movistar and Omega Pharma, respectively the second and third placed teams in the standings.

Congratulations to the boys for what they have been able to demonstrate. "
