Shipping & Returns

  • Following credit card approval, your order will in most cases be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). This includes orders specifying overnight or second-day shipping--so if you order today with overnight shipping, your best-case scenario is receiving your order the day after tomorrow.
  • Shipping costs are calculated with your order. You may not change your method of shipping once you have placed your order. Customers always pay shipping costs.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. You may have your order shipped to a different address than the purchaser?s billing address. 
  • Sales tax applies if the order is delivered in California, New York or Ohio.
  • U.S. orders only. Orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only. We are unable to ship orders outside the United States.
  • We are not responsible for the timeliness of Fed Ex deliveries or for address information furnished incorrectly. Fed Ex Air service may not be available in all locations.

  • Buyers are responsible for examining all goods before use. All purchases can be returned for a full refund minus shipping -- merchandise must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days with original invoice.
  • Customer always pays for return shipping (no C.O.D.s accepted). All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
